Outsource the modeling, detailing and take-off
A dedicated production team for commercial and residential projects — so your people stay on design and client decisions, not on redrawing and measuring.
Production work is where programmes quietly slip
Modeling, detailing and measurement expand to fill whatever time is left, and they are the first things to suffer when a deadline tightens. They are also the most systematic parts of the job — which makes them the right parts to hand to a team that does nothing else.
We take the brief, work to your standards and return coordinated output on your programme. You review and issue.
Fewer errors on site
Clashes resolved in the model, before drawings reach the crew.
Less material waste
Quantities taken from the model, so you order what the building needs.
Shorter timelines
Documentation keeps moving while your design team moves on.
Capacity without headcount
Scale up for a bid, scale back after — no permanent hires.
Six things you can hand over tomorrow
3D modeling
Architectural, structural and MEP models built from your drawings, sketches or point-cloud survey.
LOD detailing
Elements developed to the level of development your stage and contract actually require — no more, no less.
Clash detection & coordination
Interdisciplinary clash runs with a resolved model and a reported, tracked issue list.
Quantity take-off & estimation
Quantities extracted from the model rather than measured off drawings, with a priced build-up where you need one.
Drawing production
Plans, elevations, sections and schedules issued from the coordinated model to your title block.
Data preparation
Parameter and attribute data cleaned, mapped and structured so the model is useful after handover.
Start small, scale when it earns it
Send a sample
A drawing set, a scan or a model. We scope it and quote against a clear deliverable.
Run a paid pilot
One package or one building, to your standards, so you can judge the output on real work.
Set the standard
We lock your BEP, naming, LOD and QA checks into a repeatable process.
Scale the team
A dedicated resource or a package-by-package flow — whichever suits your pipeline.
Developers, contractors and design firms
- Developers — reliable quantities and coordinated models to control cost before you build
- Contractors — clash-free documentation and take-off support through the bid and the build
- Design firms — production capacity that absorbs the peaks without permanent hires
Common questions
What work can we hand over?
The production work that consumes your team's week: 3D modeling from drawings or scans, LOD detailing, clash detection and coordination, quantity take-off and estimation, drawing production, and preparing data for handover. You keep design intent and client decisions in-house.
How does an engagement start?
Usually with a paid pilot on one package or one building, so you can judge the output before committing. If it works, we scale to a dedicated team that runs to your programme and your standards.
Which formats and standards do you work to?
openBIM/IFC by default, plus DWG, RVT and SKP. We work to your BEP, naming convention and LOD definitions — or to ISO 19650 if you do not have your own.
How is the work priced?
Either per package with a fixed scope and deliverable, or as a monthly dedicated-resource rate when the flow of work is continuous. Both are quoted after we see a sample of the work.
Send us one package to price
Share a drawing set or a model and we'll come back with a scope, a price and a turnaround — usually within one business day.
