What this site is
quantxbim.com is published by QuantX BIM, Hyderabad, India, to describe the software we distribute, the platform we build and the services we deliver. It is information, not an offer capable of acceptance — nothing on this site forms a contract by itself.
Quotations, orders and licences
Because licence pricing depends on edition, licence type and the number of seats, we quote rather than publish prices. A quotation we issue to you is the commercial offer; it states its own validity period and terms. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing.
Your use of GstarBIM is governed by the end-user licence agreement of its publisher, Gstar Hawk3D Technologies Co., Ltd., which you accept on installation. Those terms govern the software itself. Nothing on this website varies them, and where this page and a signed quotation or licence agreement differ, that document prevails over this one.
Trials
Trial versions are made available by the publisher for evaluation, for the period stated at the time. A trial carries no obligation on either side, and we would much rather you evaluated the software properly on real work than bought it on a demonstration.
Accuracy
We take care to describe products and services accurately, and we correct errors when we find them or when someone points one out. Software changes, though: features, formats and compatibility described here reflect our understanding at the time of writing, and the publisher's current documentation is the authority on what a given release does. Where we cite another vendor's licensing or pricing for comparison, we date the claim and you should confirm it with that vendor before relying on it.
Intellectual property
The text, structure and design of this site belong to QuantX BIM. Product names, logos and trademarks — GstarBIM, ARCHLine.XP, and the names of other vendors referred to for comparison — belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. Software screenshots are reproduced with the publisher's permission; where a visualisation is the work of a named designer, that credit is shown with the image and belongs to them.
Linked sites
We link to the publisher's download pages and to other sites where it is useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Liability
We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, as opposed to advice we give you directly about your own project or the terms of a contract between us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
