Privacy policy

Last updated 4 October 2026. This policy covers the website at quantxbim.com. The signed-in QuantX Ops application at /app is a separate service — there, data is processed on behalf of the organisation whose workspace you are using, under that organisation's agreement with us.

What we collect, and when

We do not ask you to create an account to read this site, and we do not sell data to anybody. There are exactly two ways we collect anything:

• When you contact us. The enquiry form asks for your name and email, which are required, and your phone or WhatsApp number, what you are interested in, and your message. You choose what to put in the message field.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how people arrive. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. This tells us that a page was read, not who read it.

Our servers also keep ordinary web logs — IP address, browser, page requested, timestamp — which is how any web server works and is needed to keep the site available and secure.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry, quote for licences or services, and arrange a trial or demonstration
• To follow up on that enquiry — if you ask us to stop, we stop
• To keep the site working, secure and worth reading

We do not use your enquiry to add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Enquiries reach our own sales team. Beyond that, data is shared only with the service providers that make the site run — our hosting provider, our email provider, and Google Analytics — and only to the extent each needs. Where you are buying a licence, we share what is necessary with the software publisher, Gstar Hawk3D, to issue and activate it. We will also disclose data where the law requires it.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Enquiry data is stored on servers we control. We keep enquiries for as long as there is a live commercial conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick up a thread you may return to. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we delete it.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or withdraw consent you previously gave. Write to support@quantxbim.com and we will act on it. If you are in a jurisdiction with its own data protection law, such as the UK or EU, we will honour equivalent requests.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits; your browser can block or clear these, and the site works normally if you do.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
