Party 360: One Record for Customers, Suppliers and Everyone Between

The same company is often a customer, a supplier and a subcontractor. Holding three records for them is how you end up chasing yourself for payment.

Ask a finance team how many records they hold for their largest counterparty and the honest answer is usually "at least three" — one in the sales list, one in the purchase ledger, one in somebody's phone.

One organisation, many roles

QuantX Ops holds a single party per organisation, with the roles they play as facets of it: customer, supplier, subcontractor, partner. Addresses, contacts, GSTIN and payment terms are held once.

The practical consequence is netting: when the same company owes you ₹4 lakh and you owe them ₹3 lakh, you can see it. With three records you cannot.

Access is by purpose, not by seniority

Not everybody who needs a phone number needs the credit limit. Party data is exposed by facet — core details, sales, receivables, payables, legal — so a salesperson sees what they need without seeing the payment history, and finance sees the payment history without needing to be an administrator.

And the pipeline sits on top

Deals, follow-ups and campaigns all reference the same party, so the history of a relationship is one story rather than four systems' worth of fragments.
